Rodin Law Firm Proudly Welcomes Grace Carswell to the Alberta Bar
Rodin Law Firm is excited to welcome Grace Carswell as the newest addition to our team of experienced and dedicated personal injury lawyers. Supporting young lawyers as they begin their career is an honour and a privilege for all members of the legal profession, and Rodin Law Firm is proud to engage, train, and mentor bright new talent within our community. We are excited to congratulate Grace on the completion of her articles, and proud to announce her as the newest member of the Alberta Bar!
Born and raised in Calgary, Grace pursued her undergraduate education at the University of Victoria, and received her Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) in 2015. She then attended law school at the University of Alberta, and received her Juris Doctor in 2018. While in law school, Grace distinguished herself through her extensive community and volunteer work – including serving as Director of the College’s annual charity “Law Show”, and working with Student Legal Services Edmonton to help individuals navigate the judicial system – in addition to her excellence in the classroom. Grace also worked as a Summer Student with Alberta Justice, where she prosecuted both criminal and traffic cases in Provincial Court.
Grace returned to Calgary following her completion of law school in the spring of 2018, and joined Rodin Law firm as a Student-at-Law. Grace successfully completed her articles under the mentorship of Greg Rodin, Q.C., and was recently called to the Alberta Bar by the Honourable Mr. Justice W.P. Sullivan. Grace is excited to continue her legal career as an associate at Rodin Law Firm, and looks forward to providing clients with her thorough and compassionate brand of legal service.
When she is not reading case law, Grace enjoys spending time with her family, dog, and cats. She is an all-weather runner, swimmer, and triathlete, and holds a black belt in karate. Grace can be contacted by telephone at (403) 216-0329 or email at gcarswell@rodinlawfirm.com.
